Vocational Rehabilitation
Helping individuals to find, remain or return to work or study following injury or illness.

Returning to work after injury or illness can be a challenging experience. We understand that being able to return to work or finding suitable employment forms a part of our identity and may be essential for individuals to achieve their full potential or improve their quality of life.
Taking a holistic approach to assess individual’s strengths, skills and needs, and work with them to develop a tailored rehabilitation plan to help them reach their vocational goals and return where possible to work safely and successfully.

Where returning to paid or unpaid work may be too challenging or difficult. We can work together to find alternative productive occupations to help rebuild identify, purpose and self-worth.
