I am based in Northamptonshire, however I travel to many other surrounding areas including, Coventry and Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes. If your area is not listed, please do get in touch as I cover areas up to 2 hours.

What can I expect from an assessment and treatment?
Assessments are bespoke and tailored to your needs, they typically last from 1 - 2 hours depending on the your needs.
Assessments can be at a location of your choice, including online. However, this will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Following assessment, I will provide appropriate treatment plan and recommendations. Sessions often vary in length depending on goals and priorities of therapy session, sessions typically range between 1 and 2 hours.
